Once you are familiar with the ACGFund program, you are ready to open your new Donor Account.

There are two ways to complete the ACGFund New Donor Application.

Complete the online application below. It is easy! If you use this method we will email you a signature page to complete and return to ACGFund.

Many donors work with a Financial Adviser as the Application is completed. He or she, for instance, will have the right broker, branch and firm information. If you work with a Financial Adviser, make sure to obtain his or her information for your application, or ask him or her to complete a Financial Adviser Application here.

As soon as we have your completed application, we will email you your account credentials and invite you to login to the ACGFund web site to make your first contribution and pick your investment strategy.

Step By Step

Making a contribution to your ACGFund Donor Account is easy.

Just follow these steps:

Download and review the ACGFund Program Description
Download, complete and mail/fax/scan the PDF Make a Contribution form to ACGFund here
If you are contributing cash via a check, just print the form and mail it with your contribution to ACGFund
If you are contributing appreciated securities (publically traded stocks, bonds, mutual funds ETF, etc.) please submit the contribution form and notify your Financial Adviser so he or she can help with the transaction
If you are contributing other appreciated assets please contact ACGFund for help!

If you have received you web credentials via an ACGFund email, please log into your account. You can track your contribution from notification until it is deposited and credited to you Donor Account.
